For best results use PurTru® PRO Dishwasher Cleaning Solution daily or as needed to clean and sanitize commercial dishwasher to reduce costly maintenance and optimize performance.

STEP 1: Remove any visible contaminants oﬀ the exterior and interior of dishwasher using PurTru® PRO Dishwasher Machine Cleaner.

STEP 2: Prepare a solution of PurTru® PRO Cleaner and warm water by combining 2 gallons of water with 32 fl. oz. of cleaner, doubling the standard mixing ratio.

STEP 3: Remove all components from dishwasher and submerge them in cleaning mixture. Reference the dishwasher's service manual to identify which components to remove and their specific locations.

STEP 4: Drain the dishwasher machine tank and refill it with fresh water adding one bottle or 32 fl. oz. of PurTru® PRO Cleaner into the tank. Allow the mixture to sit for an hour, followed by running a complete wash cycle. Inspect the dishwasher machine to ensure that it has been adequately descaled, if not repeat the process.

STEP 5: Run the dishwasher cleaning and/or deliming cycle according to the recommended duration by the manufacturer’s instructions.

STEP 6: Thoroughly rinse all components with warm water, ensuring they are free from any cleaning solution, and then thoroughly dry them before reinstalling.

STEP 7: Run a rinse cycle by draining and refilling the machine with clean water for

a duration of 10 minutes. After completing the rinse cycle, drain the machine and leave the dishwasher machine door open to air dry.
