Is PurTru tested on animals?
No, we never test on animals!

 

Does PurTru have a referral program? How does it work?
We sure do! If you’re loving PurTru and want to share with a friend, we offer referral rewards through our referral program! Just send your special referral link to friends via email, Facebook, or text. Once an order has been placed through your link, an email will be sent to you with your reward (a code for a free bottle of PurTru with your next order)! Please note that the reward codes cannot be used with other codes. If you have a PurTru subscription, your free bottle of PurTru will be automatically added to your next renewal order!

What does it mean to subscribe to PurTru?
A subscription to PurTru allows you to receive one or multiple PurTru products at a consistent frequency. This way, you never run out of PurTru!  You can save 20% if you choose to subscribe to PurTru.
First things first, please note that you are not obligated to subscribe to PurTru when making a purchase. You can purchase products one time or opt-in and subscribe. By default, you are not subscribed to PurTru. In order to subscribe, simply choose the Subscribe option on the product page, or check the Subscribe checkbox on the Cart page.
Once you have subscribed, you will be in complete control of your subscription. You can change the products you receive, the frequency you receive them or even your next shipping date at any time. In addition, you can update your address, cancel your subscription, or skip a shipment at any time simply by logging into your account.

Shipping & Returns

 

How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on all orders of $35 or more to the United States.  We also offer expedited shipping within the United States for $10.

 

What is your return policy?
We love the products we make and think you will, too. If you don’t enjoy your first package from PurTru, let us know so that we can help you return or exchange your products within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.
In fact, we’re so confident that you’ll love PurTru that we’ll even cover the cost of return shipping if you choose not to keep your first package.
Please note that expedited shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

How long will it take to get my package?
We ship out all orders within one to two business days.
Within the United States, your package will arrive 3-7 days after shipping. If you purchase expedited shipping, your package will arrive two business days after it is shipped.

 

Do you allow for exchanges?
Yes! Exchanges are available on your first order from PurTru for 30 days after you receive your package. If you are interested in exchanging any of your products, send a note to info@purtru.com.
Please note that exchanging your product will void the return policy.

 

Can I expedite my order?
Yes!
We offer UPS 2 Day Shipping within the United States for $10, regardless of the size of your order. This allows for you to receive your package 2 business days after it is shipped. Expedited shipping fees are non-refundable. Please note that if you are shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, PO Boxes, or a US Territory, expedited shipping may take additional time but will be faster than our free shipping method.
