PurTru® PROFESSIONAL Beverage System Cleaning Solution

For best results use PurTru® PRO Beverage System Cleaning & Sanitizing Solution weekly or as needed to clean and sanitize beverage system for better tasting beverages and optimal performance.

STEP 1: Prepare a cleaning solution by mixing PurTru® PRO Beverage System Cleaner and Sanitizer with warm water. The standard mix ratio is 32 fl. oz. of cleaner to 2 gallons of water. Combine the solution in a 5 gallon bucket.

STEP 2: Disconnect the line with the connector from its connection on the box or bag, and if applicable, remove the end cap. Submerge the line with the connector into the bucket containing the mixture of solution and water. Then identify the correct valve on the dispenser and flush the solution from the bucket through the machine until the liquid runs clear.

STEP 3: Empty the contents of two 32 fl. oz. bottles of PurTru® PRO Cleaner into a 1 gallon bucket. Immerse the line with the connector into the bucket, ensuring it is fully submerged in the solution.

STEP 4: Flush the solution from the bucket through the identical valve on the dispenser, allowing a steady flow for a duration of 10 seconds. Following the flush, allow the solution to remain in the line for a period of 15 minutes.

STEP 5: Prepare a 5 gallon bucket of warm water and fully submerge the line into the warm water. Flush warm water through the identical valve on the dispenser, allowing a steady flow for a duration of 30 seconds.

STEP 6: Reconnect the line to the syrup box or bag. Proceed to repeat the cleaning process for the remaining lines and valves on the dispenser.
