STEP 1: Combine one bottle or 16 fl. oz. of PurTru® PRO Coffee Machine Cleaner and Descaler in a coffee pot with water (preferably distilled water) and pour mixture into the machine’s water reservoir.

STEP 2: Run brewing cycle, machine will operate as if it’s brewing a pot of coffee but will be slowly removing lime and hard water deposits.

STEP 3: Discard full pot when the brewing cycle has concluded, dispose of the “brewed” cleaning solution.

STEP 4: Turn off the coffee machine, unplug the power cord and remove the spray head from the machine.

STEP 5: Prepare a solution of PurTru® PRO Cleaner and warm water by combining 1 gallon of water with 16 fl. oz. of cleaner, following the standard mixing ratio.

STEP 6: Clean the spray head and opening using mixture with a soft-bristle brush and wipe down the opening of the spray head.

STEP 7: Rinse all parts and areas with clean water, and dry them off before reinstalling.

STEP 8: Perform necessary rinse cycles by plugging in the machine and pouring a pot of warm water into the machine. Run a brewing cycle to remove any remaining residue and repeat the process as needed.
